A hand-painted ilkal saree is a piece of Indian traditional clothing made with the ancient art of ‘hanging leaf art’, uniquely enhanced with kantha stitch to follow all the curves of the design. This beautiful saree is made from pure mercerized cotton. Its texture is finer and more lustrous than other forms of cotton, and therefore does not require additional colouring or polishing to enhance its look.
